An aliens passport is a travel document that is issued to an alien by the Republic of Estonia. An alien’s passport is issued on the basis of an application to an alien who holds valid residence permit or right of residence and if it certified that he/she does not hold travel document of a foreign state and it is not possible to receive it.
By applying for a passport, an applicant has to give fingerprints samples (starting from age of 6) that will be entered to an applicant’s passport.
