Required documents for application for temporary residence permit on the basis of legal income
- application form (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand, more precise instructions for filling of the application form)
- annex 2 (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand)
- annex 3 (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand)
- identity document of an applicant;
- written justification, why the applicant wishes to settle in Estonia;
- a document certifying the legal income of an applicant for the 6 months preceding the submission of the application;
- Curriculum Vitae (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand)
- colour photo (40 x 50 mm);
- document certifying the payment of the state fee;
- a document which certifies existence of the applicant’s actual domicile in Estonia (except if the domicile has been registered in the population register of Estonia);
- insurance contract.
Upon the extension of residence permit you must submit the same documents you submitted when applying for the residence permit, except the CV and the explanation of the reasons of applying residence permit. Instead of that you need to submit the explanation of the reasons of your continuous staying in Estonia. Data concerning close relatives, spouse, family members and dependants must be submitted only if the data has changed after the application for a residence permit.
