Documents required for applying for a temporary residence permit to settle with a spouse

• application form (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand)

• annex 2 (complete  on screen or print out and fill in by hand)

• annex 3 (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand)

• annex 4 (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand)

• annex 5 (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand; the annex must be filled in by both spouses);

• colour photo (40 x 50 mm); 

• document certifying the payment of the state fee;

• Curriculum Vitae - upon first application (complete on screen or print out and fill in by hand)

• identity document of an applicant; 

• a document which certifies that an applicant and the person inviting him or her are married, if they are married outside of Estonia;
• a document which certifies spouse's actual dwelling in Estonia (except if the domicile has been registered in the population register of Estonia;

• documents certifying the legal income of the spouses;
• written justification, why the applicant and his/her spouse have no opportunity to live in their country of nationality, in domiciliary country or in some other country;

• insurance contract.
