Short-time employment or relevant refusal is registered within 10 working days staring from reception of the application.

If an applicant does not submit data or documents required in application, an application is not filled as required or other deficiencies exist, a term for removing these will be set. If deficiencies are not eliminated, an application will not be reviewed.

About registering of the short-time employment, refusal of registering, extension of proceeding period, declaring invalid or not reviewing an application, the employer will be notified according to contact data submitted in the application.

A written certification about registering of the short-term employment will be formalised. The certification is issued according to contact data given in the application.

An employer has to notify about not entering into the contract as basis for an alien’s employment or premature termination of relevant agreement.
