Submitted application is introduced to the proceeding the day it is submitted. In course of proceeding of the application justification of the application, authenticity and conformity of documents are controlled and decision of granting or refusal residence permit is made.

If deficiencies are found in application (for example, required data are not submitted, required documents are not annexed or the application does not comply with the prescribed requirements), the applicant or his/her representative is informed about this and the term for removing deficiencies is specified. In case of failing to remove deficiencies, the application will not be examined.

Term of examining application and making decision can be prolonged also for controlling authenticity and conformity of data submitted in application. 

If an alien holds a valid residence permit, decision of granting or refusal of work permit is made within 1 month starting from introducing the application to proceeding.

If work permit is applied for simultaneously with temporary residence permit, then granting or refusal of work permit is decided simultaneously with making decision of granting or refusal of residence permit.

The applicant will be informed about granting or extension of work permit, extension of proceeding time, non-examining of application or refusal of granting work permit on the basis of contact data submitted in application.
