In foreign representation of the Republic of Estonia
By applying for work permit by simultaneous applying for residence permit, an applicant may submit an application together with application of a temporary residence permit to the foreign representation of the Republic of Estonia in order to be delivered for proceeding to the Police and Border Guard Board.

In the Service Office
Application for work permit may be submitted in person at Service Office of Citizenship and Migration Board of the Prefecture. An alien, applying for extension of work permit shall submit a standard application at least 2 months before expiry of the work permit.

By post
Application for work permit can be submitted by post. An alien, applying for extension of work permit shall submit a standard application at least 2 months before expiry of the work permit. By submitting an application for work permit by post, an application together with required documents shall be submitted by the address:

In case of delivery by post, a copy of a document shall be submitted. Conformity of a document to an original document shall be approved by the applicant by his or her signature on every page of the copy. Name and date of signing shall be added to the signature.
