The fastest and the most secure way to apply for documents is via the self-service portal.

The speed capture kiosks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

On 23 December the service points are open from 9am to 2pm.
From 24 to 26 December the service points are closed.
On 31 December the service points are open from 9am to 2pm.
On 01 January 2025 the service points are closed.
