Estonian Passport, identity card or digital identity card can be issued as well in foreign countries by the Estonian honorary consuls. Estonian Passport can be issued in all foreign countries by the Estonian honorary consuls. NB! The honorary consuls are not entitled to accept the applications for the documents.
