    There is a charge for collecting the document in a store. You can pay for the service when you collect the document at the service provider.

    The new document can only be picked up in a store if the applicant has brought a valid document issued by the Police and Border Guard Board. If there is no valid document, the document will be sent to the PBGB service office to issue the document. There is a charge for the delivery to the customer.

    Prices for picking up the document in a store

    For persons over 15 years of age, the cost of picking up the document is €7.3 for each document.

    For persons under 15 years of age, the fee is €4.4 for each document.

    For persons who have reached the old-age pension and for disabled persons, the fee is €4.4 for each document.
