As of 1 May 2024, the Narva border crossing point is open during daytime from 7:00 to 23:00.

During this time, pedestrians can cross the border via the Narva border crossing point.

Other border crossing points must be used to cross the border with vehicles or to cross the border at night.

Russia decided close the border crossing point to vehicles, claiming it needs to carry out construction works at the Ivangorod border crossing point. The Police and Border Guard Board does not know how long this might take.

The decision to close the Narva border crossing point during night hours has been made indefinitely.
