What happens when my right of residence expires?

When your right of residence expires or is not extended, you may stay in Estonia for up to 90 additional days. During this time, you are still allowed to work in Estonia.

What happens if my right of residence is revoked?

If your right of residence is revoked, you must immediately leave Estonia.
